Workshop Manager (m/f/x)

Employment: Full-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Workshop Manager to strengthen our team at our propeller repair facility. If you enjoy organizing workflows, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading a team, this position is perfect for you!
What will you do?
- Organize and coordinate daily workshop operations, including scheduling repair jobs and managing resources
- Ensure quality control of all propeller repairs and maintenance tasks
- Lead, motivate, and supervise workshop staff to maintain a smooth workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and customer satisfaction

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to strengthen our team. Even
if you are returning to work after a break, you are very welcome! We offer flexible
working hours and are happy to think along with you.
What will you do?
- Receive, plan, and coordinate repair orders with customers, the workshop, and drivers
- Handle administration and communication: maintain planning, prepare quotations, process invoices and orders, and assist customers by phone and in person
- Additional tasks: support social media activities and assist colleagues with ad-hoc requests

We are looking for a motivated Grinder / Finisher to join our propeller repair team. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision tasks, and contributing to high-quality repairs, this role is perfect for you!
What will you do?
- Grind and repair propeller blades with attention to precision and surface quality
- Optionally, perform turning and straightening tasks on damaged blades
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure repair processes run smoothly
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards at all times
