PROPELLER NOZZLES

Efficient in any situation

For ships with high transmission performances, it is recommended to install a propeller nozzle that helps to provide the necessary thrust. This results in an increase of the effective transmission of the engine performance despite a constant diameter. Therefore, propeller nozzles are recommended for ships that are to carry great weights in shallow waters. Each propeller nozzle is manufactured individually to accommodate any given operating conditions.

Not only do we offer classic nozzles such as the 19A or 37 types but also wing nozzles for fast ships and Optima nozzles for best thrusts possible in case of extreme strains. All nozzles are available either stationary or rotatable. In addition, we also offer special devices for the application to rudder propellers. Promarin focuses on innovative designs which correspond the constant changes in technical and economic requirements.
